Efficient Framing
- Stud wall panels, constructed in an enclosed shop then raised on site, allowed for speed of construction and efficient material usage

- Stud spacing was not altered for window/door openings so 2nd floor studs can align with lower floor studs, eliminating double top plate wherever possible
- Headers designed specifically for each opening, to minimize size where possible (not one size fits all)

- 2-stud corners with drywall clips to minimize material usage and maximize insulation in corners
Thermal Envelope
